In this introductory course you will learn the skills required to register for the Thrift to Flip! Upcycled Denim Edition. We will cover the basics of using a sewing machine; taught in a friendly, small-group setting.

Bring your favorite old or thrifted T-shirt, and a positive attitude.

You will turn your T-shirt into a unique tote bag that you can take home.

Students will leave with foundational knowledge to prepare them for Thrift to Flip! Upcycled Denim Edition (6) week course.

This workshop is a requirement for Thrift to Flip! Upcycled Denim Edition Course (requirement is waived for currently enrolled students of Threaded from Heaven). If you are looking to start your sewing journey, please look at our Teen Classes.

Welcome to bring operating sewing machine. 

Included for Class use only: Sewing machine and sewing notions (scissors, thread, straight pins, etc.)
